If there is anything that should be treated with the urgency it deserves, it is the reception of the Holy Spirit. There is nothing we can do on our own to live a successful Christian life. We need the Holy Spirit to empower us to face the challenges we face in this world and live a successful life in Christ. Further, we need the Spirit to effectively spread the gospel of Christ.
